Kevin Hamlin

Kevin Hamlin has been the Arts Leader for the past 18 years at C.C.I. Originally from Mississauga, he recieved his Honours Bachelor of Music degree at Queen's University (primary instrument was trombone), and then went on to further schooling at Queen's for both a Bachelor of Education (Honours Specialist) as well as a Masters of Education degree.

This year Mr. Hamlin conducts the "A Band", and "C Band".

Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer has been at C.C.I. for the past 19 years. Originally from Brantford, he received his Honours Bachelor of Music degree at Queen's University (primary instrument was piano), and then went on to further schooling at Queen's for his Bachelor of Education (Honours Specialist).

This year Mr. Spencer conducts the "B Band", and "A Jazz".

Nick Clayton

Nick Clayton graduated from the University of Toronto`s Jazz Studies program with a Bachelor degree in Music Performance, his instrument of study being trombone. After earning his Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (Honours Specialist) Nick taught music in Toronto for four years before relocating to Collingwood. Nick is happy and excited to be working in the C.C.I. Music Department.

This year Mr. Clayton conducts the "B Jazz", "A" Drumline, and "B" Drumline.

Kathy Halliday

Kathy Halliday has been an Educational Assistant at C.C.I. for the past 15 years. Originally from Avening, she has worked tirelessly in so many ways for the benefit of all our music students. At every turn, Mrs. Halliday is always there helping, coordinating and assisting. She may not be the music teacher in front of the class, but in every way she is a vital part of the "music staff". Thanks Mrs. Halliday!
