Toronto: Day 3 (Thursday)
What an awesome day we've had!
Our bands were up very early today..."A" Band was up at 5:45am to get ready for performing; now that's an early start! Both "A" Band and "B" Band
competed this morning. "A" Band received a Silver, and "B" Band got the Gold! And if one gold is great, two is fantastic! Congratulations too to
our "Drumline" who also received a Gold! Our "C" Band also received a Silver when they competed yesterday.
After all the performances today, we then went to see Jersey Boys this evening. What a wonderful show, and great for the students to learn all the
fantastic music of Franky Valli. It's easy to see why this show was voted top musical on Broadway last year.
It's late at night...we're all exhausted, but thrilled.
A HUGE congratulations to all the students and their success here at Nationals. We're SO proud of each and every one of you!
