A Band

The "A Band" is comprised of students who are mostly in grade 11 or 12. Occasionally we have some grade 10's in this group who are very strong musicians for their age. To participate in the "A Band", students must be available for several different committments through the year, beginning with four Santa Claus parades, a Christmas concert, MusicFest Canada competitions in early March, and then our annual Spring concert. In addition to these committments, many band members also take part in our annual trip, this year to New York City during the second week of April. Congratulations to all band members! The "A Band" is conducted by Mr. Hamlin.
