2018 Band Trip

Dates: Wednesday, April 18, 2018 to Monday, April 23, 2018

Destination: Con Brio Music Festival, Whistler BC

Trip Cost: $1,575.00; includes all transportation, 4 nights accommodation with continental breakfast, 5 dinners, 1 day lift ticket and rental to Whistler Blackcomb Mountain, all festival fees and clinics, admission to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Manulife All Inclusive Insurance Package.

Payment Details:
All payments are to be made on School Cash payment portal found on the school website.

Monday, September 25: DEPOSIT $250.00 due; Bus Manifest will be determined at this time. NOTE: Please note that these fees are non-refundable through the tour provider. Any refunds will need to be taken care of through a claims process outlined in the Manulife Insurance Package Document.

Monday, October 23: 2nd Installment $400.00 due.

Monday, November 27: 3rd Installment $250.00 due.

Friday, December 15: 4th Installment $250.00 due.

Friday, February 9, 2018: FINAL PAYMENT due; Final Payment is up to the final amount of $1,575, i.e.: $1,575 owed, minus deposit, minus Installment #2 payment, minus Installment #3 payment, minus Installment #4, minus any fundraising done, added any costs incurred.

NOTE #2: Students and parents will receive a detailed individual accounting for Installments 2-4 and Final payment owing.

NOTE #3: ALL students need to have a VALID passport OR drivers license for this trip.
